Exchange Policy

Not in love with your purchase from us? No worries, you have 7 days from the date your order is received to exchange your item for something of the same value. Swimsuits, body suits, and benvy exclusives are not eligible for exchanges. Refunds are NOT available.

 

How to return your item for an exchange:

1. Make sure your items are unused and still have all original tags on them. Also, make sure you are within the 7 days from the date you received your order. If it has been past 7 days, you cannot make an exchange.

2. Email customerservice@theboutiqueenvy.com with your name, items you are trying to exchange, and order number.

3. Purchase a shipping label from a carrier of your choice. You are responsible for shipping costs.

4. Ship the item to the address below:

Once your item has been received, our Customer Service Department will contact you via email within 3-5 business days. Boutique Envy reserves the right to refuse any returned items if they appear to be damaged or worn as well as final sale items.
