How to shop online

You may always view the items you have added to your Shopping Bag by clicking the "Cart" button on the top of any page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking "update total" after all quantity adjustments have been made

How do I checkout?

When you're done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the checkout button in your shopping cart.

Item availability

The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Boutique Envy currently Does exchanges only (except for bodysuits and swimwear)! If You Are Not satisfied with your order then you can exchange it for another item that is the same price or less. If you ordered the wrong size then you can return your item (you are responsible for postal fees) and we will be happy to send you the correct size.

Do you have sizing information?

We try to include as much accurate sizing information for each product as possible. If you are still unsure of which size to order, feel free to contact our customer service department at customerservice@theboutiqueenvy.com and a representative will be glad to help you.

Which Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. Boutique Envy is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 2 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1 - 3 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. We charge a starting rate of $8 for domestic shipping, $25 for all other countries. Overnight shipping is offered for domestic orders for $25. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Yes, overnight shipping is available for domestic orders ONLY.

Can I pick my order up in person?

Yes, Boutique Envy now offers in person pick-up for our #BEnvyBabes that live in the DMV area. If you would like to receive your order in person just shoot us an email at customerservice@theboutiqueenvy.com before placing your order so that we can tell you how to go about doing so.

What does pre-order mean?

Pre-order means that the item you desire is not currently in stock. Once it arrives in stock (between 2-3 weeks unless stated otherwise), you do not have to worry about your size/item selling out because you have placed a pre-order and guaranteed your item.

How do I know if my item is a pre-order?

All pre-orders will have "Pre-Order" in the title and there is a separate tab for pre-orders as well. Make sure to read the entire item description before placing order.

How long do pre-orders takes?

Pre-orders can vary in shipment time, but our standard delivery time is between 2-3 weeks.
