Do you have sizing information?

Since sizing and cuts will vary between styles, we try our best to include as much information as we can in the item descriptions. If you have a specific sizing question or would like more information, please contact us before purchasing!

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, ShopPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

Boutique Envy is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost or stolen merchandise. If your package has been confirmed as delivered via USPS and you did not receive it, you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please double check that your shipping address was input correctly. Shipping addresses cannot be updated once tracking has been assigned.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 1 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1 - 3 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.

We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery!

  • International Priority Shipping (6-10 business days): $25.85

  • International Priority Express (3-5 business days): $44.00
