Return/Exchange Policy

Boutique Envy values and strives to satisfy our customers. Unfortunately, during this current COVID-19 situation we have chosen to enforce a FINAL SALE policy (meaning NO returns and NO refunds) until further notice for the safety of our staff and customers. Though we are doing our part on our end to make sure packages get sent out to customers by our healthy team safely, we can't ensure that customers exchanging items are doing the same which could ultimately put us all at risk. Thank you all for your understanding and we will be sure to keep you updated when this policy goes back to normal.
